With a history of buying, remodeling and flipping houses in the early 2000's my wife and I decided it was time to get back into the business. This time we wanted to help others create a beautiful home that would make them smile every time they walked in. So in 2018 we started Sea Horse Remodeling. We were so blessed to have our son soon join us and little did we know, he was gifted in amazing ways and is a true craftsman.
My name is Clint Horsley and I have been married to my beautiful wife (A Carolina Beach native) for over 30 years. We have two married children and 3 grandchildren
Originally, we moved our business back to Wilmington to be a small handyman business. Little did I know that in September of 2018, Wilmington would experience one of the most devastating hurricanes in the history of the city.
Because of our focus on detail and quality of work we were inundated with work ranging from full-blown remodeling work including sheetrock, painting, trim and flooring to small custom repairs, Since then we have expanded into kitchen remodeling, cabinet refinishing, custom built-ins and high-end trim work and everything in between.
In September my son came on board with me and I soon realized that he had special skills that would take us far beyond simple remodeling. He is one of the most skilled true craftsmen that I have ever seen with an attention to detail that is unsurpassed in the business. With creativity and an eye for a unique custom design. Because of this, his skills have taken us to a whole new level of clients.
Many of our customers are blown away by the little things. When you call, you speak to me. When we say we are going to be there, we will. We take great pride in not only providing high-quality workmanship but also a high-end personal experience in customer service and building a long-term relationship.

Comments: Clint sanded my horrendous textured ceilings so I could prime and paint them. He did so without making as much of a mess as one might think as far as dust everywhere is concerned. His son Alan made some doors for a kitchen island that I had bought locally--Alan did an outstanding job! I am in the process of a major kitchen and master bath remodel, and would not hesitate to get Seahorse back over here to finish the job--currently waiting for cabinets and flooring! They do those, too.
